By accessing or using the "Ace Your Interviews" website and application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Ace Your Interviews provides an AI-powered mock interview coaching platform. The Service allows users to simulate technical and behavioral job interviews and receive automated feedback.
Disclaimer: The feedback provided by our AI is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee job placement or specific interview outcomes.
3. Accounts and Paid Services
Paid interview plans are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Each purchase grants the stated number of interview credits and, where shown, a fixed access window. These purchases do not automatically renew.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the services (immediate access to AI generation), all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
- Access: Unused credits and time-limited access expire according to the plan details shown at checkout.
4. User Conduct
You agree strictly NOT to use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the AI models; or share your account credentials with others.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ace Your Interviews Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
