Ace Your Interviews Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit aceyourinterviews.app or use the Ace Your Interviews web application.
1. Information We Collect
We collect minimal personal information necessary to provide our services:
- Account Information: Email address and name provided during Google/Email sign-up.
- Voice and Transcript Data: Voice input is processed during practice sessions to conduct the interview and generate a transcript.
- Resume and Job-Description Data: Text you submit can be saved with your account and used to tailor practice content.
Resume and interview content are processed by AYI's configured AI provider to generate questions and feedback. Saved resume text, interview transcripts, and feedback are stored with your account so you can reuse and review them.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Generate realistic AI interview questions tailored to your profile.
- Provide feedback on your answers (e.g., clarity, technical accuracy).
- Track your progress and improvement over time.
- Process payments for premium plans via Stripe.
3. Third-Party Services
- Google Cloud Platform & Firebase: For secure hosting, authentication, and database storage.
- Configured AI provider (currently Google Gemini): Processes resume, job-description, voice-session, transcript, and answer content as needed to generate questions and feedback.
- Stripe: For payment processing. We do not store your credit card information.
4. Data Retention
We retain saved resume text and interview history (including transcripts and feedback) with your account so you can reuse content and review your progress. You may submit an account-deletion request from Profile or by contacting support. We verify account ownership before processing a request; submitting one does not instantly erase data. Limited payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, legal-claim, deletion-audit, backup, or provider records may be retained where permitted or required by law and are restricted from ordinary account use.
5. Referral Program Data
When you participate in our Referral Program, we collect and process referral relationships, analytics, and related fraud-prevention signals. New automatic rewards and cash-out are currently paused as described in the in-app program status.
